This is the top of the line double layer Red Hill Tactical AXG Pro holster as used by many shooters around the country. The design stemmed from several top tier shooters sitting around in 2014 with a low cut single layer holster. We were not happy with the movement and flex. One of them said “Hey Bob, add a second layer”. The very next day the RHT double layer holster was born and always proudly Made in the USA. Since then this has been the leading holster in USPSA nationals data for multiple divisions including carry optics and production over many years.
It is available only in the tried and true double layer configuration. This features two layers of .08 thick Kydex to add a great deal of structure to your holster. The extra rigidity supports the low cut that we use, as well as reduces the flex and bounce that happens when you cut this much out of a single layer of Kydex. In addition to the stability, it gives you the ability to further add to the custom look of your rig. We feature everything from solid colors, carbon fiber look, and many custom camouflage patterns including Kyrptek, Supercam, Hexcam and more.
As with all Red Hill Tactical AXG Pro holsters the front is low cut to aid in a quick draw. In addition to aiding in fast draw the low scoop allows the use of optics on your AXG Pro. This cut will allow most slide mounted red dots to clear easily including the Trijicon SRO and the new Holosun competition models.
All competition holsters come with adjustable retention. You can have the standard Phillips head screws, or upgrade to Stainless, Brass or Black knobs that allow you to adjust your retention without using tools.
We also allow you to have this holster for just the gun, or select from a variety of lights from some of the top manufacturers including most popular Streamlight, and Surefire models. When you select a light, you add another retention option of the Button Lock. The Button Lock will allow your Shadow 2 with a light to hold even more secure.
With the rise of thumbrests in competition shooting, you can add a thumbrest accommodation from Align Tactical, GoGun Gas Pedal, and others to your holster build.
With this holster we also give you the ability to select your mounting system. You can select from a variety of hole patterns without an actual attachment. You can have Safariland QLS and ELS, Bladetech 3 hole pattern, G-Code 35, and the Black Scorpion Drop. In addition to the plain holster you can select from a variety of included attachments including the War-Lok, Adjustable Latching Loops, Springer Precision drop hanger, or the G-Code 35 plate.
With all of these options, we try to allow you to build exactly the perfect AXG Pro holster for your needs whether dynamic and fast paced competition shooting, fun range shooting, or even our concealed carry options.
The lead time on this custom Made in the USA AXG Pro holster is currently about one month from the date of purchase. You do have the option of upgrading to a 10 business day manufacture speed if you need this holster for your competition sooner.
