The Amphibian from Microtech Knives is a large knife, this is what makes it one of RHT’s favorites to come in. This features the Ram-Lok locking mechanism, which is designed to be easily manipulated with one hand both opening and closing if necessary. The blade features a pronounced machined push bar that really fits with the ergonomics of the knife, by using milled steps, they are able to make it stylish as well as functional. The blade steel that Microtech uses on these Bohler M390 Stainless for both hardness and stain prevention. The Amphibian dates back a long way in Microtech history to early customs that Anthony Marfione made years ago, now in a production manual.
