How do I attach the latching loops onto the thick belts that are supplied with the package

I have a thumb rest from (random manufacturer) and you don’t list it. Why don’t you list it? and….Can you make one?

We only make the thumb rest holsters for companies that work with us on ensuring proper fitment. We will not make a holster for a thumb rest that we cannot guarantee fit. Align Tactical, Atlas, Odin, and GoGun have supplied us with some rests that we can test with. At this point, they have only supplied us with right handed rests. If we do not offer it, email the manufacturer of the rest and ask them to reach out. If they do not want to help, we do offer the one off option.

I would like to have my logo, or some other image on the holster, can you do that?

I have a coupon from a match or training, how do I handle it?

Our coupons have stated on them what they are for. Those are the only items that the coupon is good for. If it says a Red Hill Tactical custom product, that is referring only to items that we manufacture. Our coupons are to promote items we make, not other items that we sell for other manufacturers. Because in the past, we had more coupon codes used than we sent out we do require all coupons to be mailed to us. They can be mailed to 13024 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown MD 21742 or 13318 Newport Ct, Hagerstown MD 21742. Be aware we did move in 2023 and some coupons are out there that are older, please verify the address. If we do not get a coupon, we will not be providing the service. With that in mind, please mail your coupon accordingly.

We may ask you for ID or proof of residence.

Over the course of time, people steal ID’s and credit cards numbers all the time. We get roughly 5-10 attempts at credit card fraud per week. We do everything we can to prevent fraud on our end. Additionally, many items we sell have age restrictions on them across various states. In order to ensure we are complying with laws and protecting our customers, we may ask for an ID or piece of mail.

Will RHT notify me of updates of orders?

We are still quite a small company, there are only 7 of us walking around generally. Once an order is placed, it will get moved into “Processing” once it is printed by the front house. From there, you will not see a change in the order status for approximately 30 days. The front house will print and then look over the order to try to verify that all of the options make sense, we have the colors you asked for etc. It then goes to the molding station. Your order will sit in molding for 10-15 days before it gets molded and sent on to the next station. Your molded order and order form then go to cutting and polishing. Our cutter cuts the order, buffs the edges and generally tries to make sure it is all cleared up. After a few days in that station, it goes to the cleaning station where someone will get all the dust and rough edges cleaned up and bagged up to go to assembly. Assembly then takes your holster, puts on all the options, screws, hardware, attachments etc. They then will test fit in many cases with a real firearm. Once they are happy, it gets bagged up and you will recieve a shipping notification and tracking. In other words, you do not receive any updates from when you see it shift to processing until it ships.
